One Saturday time. One place.
Practices, games and who is coming. The office sees the whole league. Guardians see their child’s Saturday. The coach sees their team. If the time changes, it changes once, and attendance lands on the athlete’s file.
The whole week: the practices, the games and Saturday's tournament.

One time
If the time changes, it changes in one place and everyone sees it. It isn’t forwarded to four group chats.
Everyone sees their part
Guardians see their child’s Saturday. The coach sees their team. The office sees the whole league.
Attendance lands on the file
It’s marked where it happens and stays on the athlete’s file, not in a notebook left at the field.
The same truth in three sizes
The director at the desk. The registrar in the stands. The guardian on a phone. It’s the same league, not three systems.

What changes
Thursday’s “what time is it?” stops reaching the office.
The rest, up close
The other screens of the same demonstration league.

The team's Saturday and the family's Saturday are the same Saturday.
Let “what time is it?” be answered once.
Half an hour on your week: practices, games, who is coming and who sees it.
