Baseball
Dominican baseball does not fit in a one-season roster.
Here a kid passes through age groups, teams and sometimes two organizations before he turns fifteen. If the system only knows the season that’s running, his history is lost every September.
One record: the child, their age group, their team and their guardian.

Age groups move, the child doesn’t
U-10 to U-12 to U-14: the same file, another chapter. No copying the row onto another sheet.
The jersey isn’t the athlete number
The 23 belongs to this team and this season. The platform issues the athlete number, and it’s the one you say over the phone.
The federation ID is a field
If the organization tracks a federation number, it’s stored on the athlete’s file as one more data point. We don’t promise an automatic connection with anyone.
One office, three doors
The same truth in three sizes
The director at the desk. The registrar in the stands. The guardian on a phone. These are not three systems.

What changes in a baseball league.
- Age groups
- The age cutoff is applied as a rule, not by hand. The board flags who falls outside before the first practice.
- Jersey numbers
- Assigned per team and season. Changing a jersey number never touches the kid’s identity.
- Athlete number
- Issued by the platform. If it has to be reissued, the old one still finds him.
- Federation ID
- A field on the file for the number you already track. Nothing syncs by magic.
- Guardians on WhatsApp
- They write to the league’s number. The thread stays in the organization’s inbox.
- Saturday at 2
- Calendar, roster and attendance in one place. The coach doesn’t call the office on Friday.
Baseball questions.
Yes. The academy works the kid’s career; the league works the season. It’s the same file seen from two sides.
A membership on the new team is added. The file is the same, and the previous season is still there.
No. The federation number is stored as a field on the athlete’s file. There is no automatic integration, and we are not going to say there is.
It fits the same way. Sports are data, not different versions of the product.
Half an hour on your baseball league, not a tour of menus.
Age groups, jersey numbers, papers and Saturday at 2. Tell us how you do it today and we open the screen on that.
